National Butchers Week. 4th-10th March.

National Butchers week 2024 kicks off next week and gives us a fantastic reason to celebrate everything butchery related.

A time to honour the art, skill and innovation in butchery that ensures the steak on your plate is of the highest quality.

It's your invitation to take advantage of what we offer and experience the exceptional quality your local butcher offers.


To me national butchers week has always been a special week, a time to really step outside the box and showcase what traditional butchers are capable of. This year it's no different. We have some fantastic new products on sale as well as some traditional classics that we have bundled into to add to our fantastic hamper selections.

The really great thing about National Butchers week is it combines modern contemporary butchery with traditional. This week see us putting on a display with 30 day dry aged on the bone T-Bone steaks, available here,



as well as some brand new items such as our Pork and Chillily pie. A fantastically crisp short crust pastry with a sweet, rich and lightly spiced pork and chillily filling topped off with a glazed chillily topping, a really delightful pork pie that can be enjoyed on any occasion but most especially welcome on a Sunday evening enjoyed in from of a warm spring open fire with a smooth alcoholic beverage in hand.

we have some fantastic Slow cooked ham hocks in a Honey and Mustard sauce. ideal to pop in the oven sit back and enjoy.
