IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes we have a minimum order of £25.

CAN I CLICK & COLLECT?
​
Yes, you can order & pay on our website, and collect your order in the shop - there is no extra cost to do this. We offer click & collect from Tuesdays through to Saturday.

WHERE CAN COATES BUTCHERS DELIVER?
We are able to deliver Nationally using a DPD courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of the UK or to Northern Island, the Isle of man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.
WHAT WILL HOME DELIVERY COST?

Coates Butchers uses a DPD courier who can deliver your order for £15. We charge the true delivery cost and do not hide this within the prices of our products.
HOW WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED?
​
Here at Coates Butchers we use Box's or bags with insulated lining and pack them with ice packs where necessary. The majority of products will come Vacuum packed to preserve their date and avoid leakages.

CAN I FREEZE THE PRODUCT?
​
Each product is individually labelled with a use by date and all products are suitable for home freezing.
​
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
​
Unfortunately we cannot deliver throughout December or during Bank holidays. Products listed in our Christmas Store are for collection only and will be available for collection the 22nd, 23rd & 24th of December.
